‘The Testaments’

Ann Dowd reprises her role as Aunt Lydia in Hulu’s upcoming drama, based on Margaret Atwood’s 2019 novel and set within the world of “The Handmaid’s Tale.” The coming-of-age story follows teens Agnes and Daisy as they navigate life in Gilead and the strict rules of Aunt Lydia’s elite school for future wives. The trailer for the series was released Thursday. “The Testaments” premieres April 8 on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+.

‘The Miniature Wife’

Elizabeth Banks and Matthew Macfadyen star in Peacock’s upcoming dark comedy, based on a short story by Manuel Gonzales. The series explores power imbalances in a relationship after a husband’s tech experiment shrinks his wife. The teaser for the series was released in early February. “The Miniature Wife” premieres April 9. 

‘The Boys’

The trailer for the fifth and final season of “The Boys” was released on Thursday. The Prime Video series follows a world where superheroes are as famous as celebrities and as powerful as politicians — and often abuse their abilities. The series finale will stream April 8.
