TJ Klune shared an article on Instagram Wednesday announcing that Warner Bros. is adapting his 2020 book, “The House in the Cerulean Sea.”
The entertainment conglomerate will be developing the book into an animated series.
The book follows government worker Linus Baker, who is assigned to a home for magical children. The school is run by the mysterious Arthur Parnassus.

Baker, who prides himself on being boring and normal, begins to question the rules he has always followed.
The novel was a bestseller and followed by the 2024 sequel “Somewhere Beyond the Sea.”
